Worldwork is a workshop/seminar training in working with conflicts in groups and building communities. This event, which takes place every two years in different countries, is a unique opportunity for people from all over the world to gather together in a powerful forum (300-400 people) focusing on social, environmental and political issues, using group and process methods. It is also a workshop method of working on the main problems of the world and its various communities.
Worldwork is a process-oriented psychology method for working with small and large groups using the principles of deep democracy. Awareness of ranks and privileges, psychological mechanisms of being in the majority and in the minority, learning how to facilitate communication between different parts of a given group, how to resolve conflicts in a win – win strategy and how to learn to be an elder are just a few important elements used in this type of work.
Process methods of working with large groups were tested in various organizations and communities around the world.
