Day 1: How do the spirits of history look for solutions in the present - with Arny and Amy Mindell
Day 2: Reality of politics: roles and "ghosts"
One day and so much again. A group process in which historical figures appear, Germans, Poles, and Russians. Finally, an important reflection by Arnie: what we can do is bring conflict to children. Don’t ignore it. Don’t say "baby, you are such a sweetheart", "oh, don't hit, because it's not nice” - show wisely, experience and teach about conflict. If we cannot embrace our own strength and power, we design it for those who are in power. And our uncompromising power becomes what "dictators" take over and use. Where is the dictator in us?
Day 3: Reality of economics: roles and “ghosts”
On the third day, we worked on topics related to the economy.
Money is a hot topic and one could really experience how strongly connected with all spheres of life. There was a moving voice from Nigeria calling to be heard. There were voices from Greece devastated by galloping capitalism. And many others. It is necessary that we do not ignore these voices, padded in our comfort. But there is also the role of the ghost of someone who does not want to give up and will ruthlessly fight for it.
You need to see this character, stop the violence it uses, but also ask yourself: where did this character come from? What happened to it that it became like that? How is this character present in me? Without it, any change will be superficial and temporary. And it's difficult, because instead of confronting it, we prefer to hug and say that everything will be fine. Support is needed, but so is courage.
Day 4: Social issues, social policy: roles and "ghosts"
Day 5: Prospects for the future: how to help global "ghosts" find local solutions
